These terms govern your use of the Drishya Health platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

Drishya Health is a health-information platform, not a medical provider. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity under your account.
Accounts for children must be created and managed by a parent or guardian.

2. Acceptable use

Use the service only for lawful purposes and only for records you are entitled to access.
Do not attempt to access other users’ data, disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer it.

3. Health information and consent

Records are shared with providers only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. If and when ABDM connectivity is enabled and you link an ABHA, sharing across the ABDM network is likewise consent-based. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter yourself.

4. AI features

Some features use automated assistance on content you submit. AI output is informational only, may be imperfect, and is not a substitute for professional medical judgement.

5. Availability

We work to keep the service available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update or modify features over time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Drishya Health is not liable for clinical decisions made using the platform or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time (see Data & Account Deletion). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
